Our Vision

To cement our place in the community as a professional, high quality service with an excellent reputation as one of the leaders in the Early Childhood Education and Care sector.

Our Mission

To support Educators in building a successful, financially secure business while providing an environment that promotes children as capable and competent individuals where learning and the rights of the child are central to the program.

Our Philosophy

We believe that children are capable and competent

and have the ability to lead their own learning. We trust children’s instincts and their ability to make choices, learn from experience and become confident individuals. We support Educators in developing high quality nature-based environments where children’s learning, wellbeing and involvement are promoted, empowering them to thrive and develop to their full potential.

We believe in holistic sustainability

We support and empower Educators in creating opportunities for children to connect with nature. We actively promote sustainable practices within the service with the intention of all children understanding how we can minimise our carbon footprint and the impact we have on the environment.

We believe in natural learning environments

We support Educators in creating opportunities for children to connect with nature within their high quality, nature-based home environments and on regular excursions to natural spaces. We encourage developmentally appropriate risky play opportunities, enabling children to challenge themselves, while developing perseverance, resilience, and high self-esteem.

We believe in respectful relationships

and creating a culture of kindness where nurturing the wellbeing of all individuals is paramount.

We believe in skilled, professional Educators

Educators are encouraged to access regular professional development opportunities, to be aware of current research and best practice with a shared focus on quality outcomes for children and continuous improvement.

We believe in valuing the roles of parents, families and the community

We respectfully acknowledge, support and celebrate the equity, inclusion and diversity within all cultures and actively promote Australian Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander perspectives.
