ABOUT CAROLINE

Hi, I’m Caroline from Albany and I commenced working in Family Day Care in January 2006 and have a Diploma in Children’s Services.

My own family consists of my husband Ian and children Rebecca, Joshua and Sarah.

I enjoy being with children, watching them grow and teaching them about the world they live in. I do this by spending time with the children, listening to their stories and questions and by being there to assist them to discover the answers to their questions.

I believe that children need to be able to explore, experiment and take risks in a safe and natural environment.

I value and respect the home cultures of the families that access my service and I work with parents to ensure that the children have what they require.

We spend time in the local community as I believe that it is important that children have a sense of belonging to a larger group and build relationships with people in the community.
