ABOUT CLOE

Hello! My name is Cloe, I am the proud owner of Wildflowers Family Childcare. My Partner Kristian and I are parents to Ruben, a vibrant 2.5-year-old who continually inspires and informs my approach to early childhood education. My goal is to create a nurturing environment where children can explore, learn, and grow through the beauty and wonder of nature.

At Wildflowers, I believe that nature is the ultimate teacher, and strive to incorporate outdoor learning into every part of the day. We observe, explore, and connect with the natural world around us, allowing children to learn through their senses and build a deeper understanding of the world they live in.

I draw inspiration from Reggio Emilia and Montessori philosophies, both of which emphasise child-led learning, creativity, and independence. At Wildflowers Family Childcare children are encouraged to be active participants in their learning journey, with a strong focus on curiosity and collaboration. I respect each child’s individual interests and learning pace, ensuring they feel supported and empowered as they grow.

Through hands-on experiences, open-ended exploration, and meaningful interactions, my aim is to help each child develop not just academic skills, but also a love for learning that lasts a lifetime. At Wildflowers, every day is a new opportunity for growth, connection, and discovery.
