With over 15 years of experience as a Family Day Care Educator, I am passionate about providing a warm, safe, and nurturing environment where children feel valued, supported, and inspired to learn. I’m also a proud mum to my two boys, Charlie (14) and Thomas (7). 

I offer a stimulating, play-based program that caters to all learning styles and supports each child’s individual needs, interests, and stage of development. I thoughtfully plan engaging experiences that build on children’s strengths, encourage new interests, and foster confidence, independence, resilience, and a lifelong love of learning. 

I believe strong partnerships with families are essential. By working closely together, we develop a deep understanding of each child’s unique learning journey and developmental needs, ensuring they receive the best possible support. Each child also receives a beautifully documented portfolio that captures their memories, achievements, and milestones throughout their time at Little Explorers Family Day Care a treasured keepsake for families to enjoy for years to come.

As a Family Day Care Educator, my mission is to provide an honest, safe, clean, stimulating, friendly, and highly professional service that supports the unique development of every child in my care.

The wellbeing of your child is my top priority. I am committed to creating a happy, nurturing, and fun environment where children feel safe, valued, and inspired to learn, play, and build meaningful relationships with their peers.

I strive to foster a sense of belonging, self-worth, and emotional wellbeing through positive experiences, gentle guidance, and lots of loving cuddles. Every child is treated with the same care and respect I would give to my own, and their individual needs both developmental and emotional are always at the heart of my practice.

At Little Explorers, I believe in building strong, respectful partnerships with families. Open communication, trust, and honesty form the foundation of this relationship, allowing us to work together to support each child’s journey—without replacing the vital role of parents.

Our learning program is designed to be inclusive, flexible, and responsive to each child’s unique learning style and pace. I take great care to offer engaging experiences that nurture current interests, while gently encouraging children to explore new ideas and skills. Patience, understanding, and intentional teaching guide everything I do.

My goal is to create a loving and supportive space where children feel confident to express themselves, take risks, and grow into resilient, capable, and kind individuals.
